Salon Booking Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before making a booking at our salon. By making a booking, you accept these terms and conditions and agree to abide by them.

Booking Process

1.1. All appointments must be booked in advance through our website. We do not accept walk-ins.
1.2. To secure your appointment, we require a R100 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit to be paid. Upon making your booking please make sure you have received a receipt from Paystack, the confirmation email & the final screen you see should read ‘Your appointment booked successfully!’ If you only receive one of these please contact us on our WA.
1.3. The balance is to be paid at the end of your appointment. 
1.4. We reserve the right to refuse service to walk-ins.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

2.1. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must give us at least 24 hours’ notice; there should be a day between the day of communication and your appointment. Please note that your new date & time should be within 48 hours.
2.2. Failure to give 24 hours’ notice or failure to show up for your appointment will result in loss of your deposit. We can only reschedule your appointment ONCE.
2.3. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to accommodate you.

Refills

3.1 We do not offer refills for sets we did not do. Please book a removal and new set instead.
3.2 A set that is more than 3 weeks old does not qualify for a refill. Please book a removal and new set instead. 

Pricing and Payment

4.1. All prices are quoted in the currency of the country where our salon is located and are subject to change without notice.
4.2. Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash and most major credit and debit cards. Personal checks are not accepted.
4.3. Gratuities are not included in the price of the service and are at the customer’s discretion.
4.4 Refunds may take up to 21 days to clear in your account.

Service Guarantee

5.1. We strive to provide the best possible service to our customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your service, please let us know immediately and we will do our best to make it right.
5.2. We cannot be held responsible for any damage to your personal belongings while in our salon.
5.3. We do not offer the refill service to individuals who got their set done at another lash tech. Please book for a removal and new set instead. 

Health and Safety

6.1. For your safety and ours, please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries you may have before your appointment.
6.2. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who we believe may be at risk of harm due to a medical condition or injury.
6.3. We follow strict hygiene and safety protocols to ensure the safety and well-being of our customers and staff.

Children

7.1. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
7.2. We reserve the right to refuse service to children who are not accompanied by an adult or who may be disruptive to other customers.

Personal Information

8.1. We collect and store personal information, including name, phone number, email address, and credit or debit card information, for the purpose of making, and managing appointments as well as sending promotional information and store updates.
8.2. We will never share your personal information with third parties, except as required by law.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

9.1. We reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time. 8.2. The most current version of these terms and conditions will be available on our website.
